At Audien Hearing, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange items within 45 days of delivery. All returned merchandise must be in its original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the return request process.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective seals remain intact.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
